BK PRECISION 1687B 36V 10A Single Output DC Power Supply

The B&K Precision 1687B is a laboratory grade switching DC power supply with high current output in a small, lightweight form factor. The 1687B provides high output voltage or high output current and feature rotary encoder control knobs, which make setting voltage and current fast and precise. Its dual action push button allows the user to set both coarse and fine, voltage and current levels. In addition to constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes, the high efficiency DC power supply offers preset and remote control modes. Save up to three different presets of voltage and current values for quick recall. For remote control, an analog remote control terminal is accessible on the rear, or use the USB interface to communicate with the power supply via PC software or remote commands. Specifications. Line regulation is the capability to maintain a constant output voltage level on the output channel of a power supply despite changes to the input voltage level.

Peak Envelope Power
Peak envelope power is the maximum value of the envelope power. Envelope power is measured by making the averaging time much less than 1/fm where fm is the maximum frequency component of the modulation waveform. The averaging time is therefore limited on both ends: (1) it must be small compared to the period of the highest modulation frequency, and (2) it must be large enough to be many RF cycles long.
